Not For Profit Case Study
Innovation Strategy and Business Plan
Within a climate of major industry reforms and increased competition Wallara Industries a disability services provider, needed to review its business operations with a view to improving profitable revenue growth, productivity and future sustainability.
Wallara Industries received government funding for two projects, both of which were delivered by Nairy Baghdikian.
The first project involved a review of their existing business, a Packaging and Assembly operation. This included a review of their business performance with particular focus on their customers, marketing approaches and business development opportunities and planning.
Wallara Industries also wanted to uncover new business streams and use innovation to secure the future sustainability of the business. Working with the Board and CEO, we were able to develop an innovation strategy to guide the development of new service concepts and business opportunities.
Nairy used a practical approach and had a willingness to involve staff in each step of the process. Wallara Industries were given detailed and easy to follow implementation plans for improving the viability of our business.
Nairy investigated many areas with us that were well outside the original brief. Even after only a few months Wallara Industries can see the benefits.
At all times Nairy has been professional and responsive, and offers expertise in developing innovative marketing and growth strategies.
